It is time for a rallying cry to be heard in this nation, from coast to coast, border to border, and across the seas to every nation. This cry must be heard in ever home, by every ear, both young and old, by the educated and the uneducated. The once great nation conceived in liberty and born out the desire of men to be free of tyranny and oppression has itself become a tool of tyranny and oppression to its own citizens. No single event has overthrown the nation of our forefathers, but a series of events coupled with the misunderstanding and miseducation of the people.
Samuel Adams proclaimed that “If men through fear, fraud or mistake, should in terms renounce and give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the great end of society, would absolutely vacate such renunciation; the right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of Man to alienate this gift, and voluntarily become a slave.”
Americans have become slaves to concepts that are complete anathema to those who understand and love liberty. The task masters are those in power, those who have led this country our entire lives. The founders of this nation brought the offenses of King George to the light of the world and it is our duty to bring to light the offenses of the current American government. It is our duty to vacate the past renunciations of our inalienable rights.
Many say that we live in the greatest country in the world and that we should be happy to live in such a wonderful land with so much freedom. None can doubt that America has always been the freest country on Earth. However, Liberty is not a subjective term. It is absolute and eternal and it has been abandoned by the very nation that first gave it its truest form.
America has become great because of the Constitution created more than 220 years ago. However, that Constitution and the principles it laid out hang dangerously close to a precipice from which return is not possible. It is incumbent upon every person who loves liberty and honors our founding fathers to stand up against the desecration of this inspired document for which they paid the dearest price.
The current U.S. Government has become no better than the King our forefathers denounced and separated from. In particular:
1. It has usurped power from the various states, forbidding them to pass laws, which to the citizens of these states seem good and wholesome and which promote the social mandate given to the state governments by the people, namely the regulation of issues of a fundamentally moral nature.
2. It has established and vaunted the Supreme Court of this nation above all other branches of the federal government and above all state legislatures, and by extension, above the will of the citizenry.
3. This same Supreme Court has made decisions on moral and constitutional issues which violates the common sensibilities, moral will, and character of the people, and has extended its own power into areas that never were and never will be within its Constitutional power to decide.
4. It has established federal police forces whose mandate is to enforce federal laws, which defies the very premise of Liberty and has furthered the cause of tyranny in this country and set a bad example to all other nations that this is the just form of a government by, of and for the people. America must stand as the supreme example of Liberty, so that all other nations may know how they can achieve peace and prosperity through Liberty.
5. It has drafted and passed laws, whose language is so convoluted and confused that they require special skills in order to understand, thus preventing the common citizen from truly understanding what powers their supposed representatives are wielding.
6. By make the language of these laws confusing, they have sought to dissuade the citizens from understanding the laws plainly, thus ensuring their continued ability to mock the Constitution in their inexorable march towards totalitarian rule.
7. By establishing Supreme Court judges for life and failing to impeach them when they overstep their Constitutional bounds, it has frustrated the voice and will of the people by means of obfuscation this Supreme Court has usurped powers from the people time and time again and by trickery has convinced the people that its actions are good and in line with the principles of the Constitution.
8. It has expanded its scope of governance to include so many areas that it has necessitated the creation of armies of government officials and established bureaucracies that bloat government expenditures, which expenditures are passed on to the citizens, all but eliminating their expendable income, thus further binding them down in slavery to the government.
9. It has established and upheld a pervasive welfare system that has long outlived its intended purpose and scope thus diminishing societal bonds that are essential to the governance of a free people and establishing itself as the caretaker of the people, instead of the people being the caretakers of the government.
10. It has established covert government agents and agencies whose sole responsibility is encroachment upon and surveillance of the citizens of the United States and done so in the name of protecting Liberty, but only tyrants and oppressors need to spy on their own citizens without just cause.
11. It has established secret courts for the sole purpose of hiding its actions from the people, who were intended to be the final judges over all government actions, and claimed that these were necessary for the preservation of national security.
12. In establishing these courts, it has violated the 6th amendment rights of individuals to have a speedy and public trial and opened the gate for further expanding this oppressive, unconstitutional practice.
13. Through these secret pacts and combinations of power, this government has descended upon this people like locusts on the field to consume and oppress their free exercise of God given rights.
14. Furthermore, it has eroded and diluted the meaning and purpose of a fair and public trial by jury by allowing and encouraging judges to bind down juries in the exercise of their duties, again reducing the citizenry to a subservient role, rather than their proper role as the source from which all just law comes and the ultimate judges as to the laws passed by the legislatures.
15. It has entered into pacts and treaties with foreign nations and entities, giving them power over our economy and laws thus diminishing the strength of American sovereignty.
16. It has imposed an income tax upon the people and imposed fines and penalties which reduces the citizenry to indentured servitude for several months of each year, making the people citizens in name only, when in reality they have become serfs of the Great American Socialist Empire.
17. It has fundamentally and deeply altered our original just form of minimal government and has replaced it with a behemoth of power, thus changing this from a government operated by the people and consisting of the people for the protection of the people’s right and liberties, into a government by a select few who have wrested power out the citizens’ hands so that they can live off the labors of the people.
18. By machination and evil designs, it has established the means by which the citizens they are sworn to protect can be labeled as dissidents, traitors and terrorists thus allowing them to try these citizens in the aforementioned secret courts.
19. It has divided this country through partisan politics and created a false dichotomy between political parties, when the parties’ ultimate goals are and have always been the same: the subjugation of this people to the will of a few powerful politicians and their various camps of socialist agendas.
20. Nearly all of the supposed representatives of the people have attained or retained their offices by using the ill-gotten gain of the aforementioned income tax to issue grants and to disburse this money in a fashion which does not promote the general welfare, but instead promotes their own personal and political agendas of specific welfare for the sole purpose of gaining power.
21. All these offenses combine to reduce the people to servitude and make them no more than vassal servants of the great and immutable Federal Government.
22. It has utterly failed in its duty to protect the Constitution, allowing it to become nothing more than a piece of paper.
To rectify these offenses and to restore the power of the people, we declare the following to be the minimum fair, just and equitable measures for the dismantlement of the current bloated government and the establishment of Liberty upon this land forever:
1. The immediate, complete, and irreversible removal of the Income Tax Code and the repeal of the 16th Amendment to the Constitution and the dismantling of the Internal Revenue Service.
2. The passage of a Constitutional Amendment affirming that all transactions for goods or services that are initiated and completed within the boundaries of a state, by and between residents of that state shall not be taxed by the federal government.
3. The passage of a Constitutional Amendment clarifying the term General Welfare to mean only that which directly and clearly benefits every citizen of the United States and not any particular group of people.
4. The passage of a Constitutional Amendment clarifying that the primary function of the Constitution was to restrict the powers of the Federal Government and not to restrict the powers of the citizens or the states beyond the primary mandate of ensuring that each state maintains a Republican form of government and does not impede the Federal Government in its exercise of the enumerated Federal powers.
5. Furthermore, all judicial interpretation of the Constitution must fall in line with this basic and fundamental understanding of our form of government.
6. In accordance with item 4 above, the immediate, complete, and irreversible dismantling of every agency and governmental organization whose primary purpose is not explicitly allowed by the terms of the 7 articles of the original United States Constitution, most notably, Article 1, Section 8.
7. The passage of a Constitutional Amendment that explicitly forbids the Supreme Court from making decisions or hearing cases where the central issue in question is clearly of a moral nature or making decisions that would unjustly restrict the rights of the states to regulate moral issues.
8. The immediate, complete, and irreversible dismantling of all secret courts as well as all government agencies whose purpose is to spy on the citizens of the United States and the passage of a Constitutional Amendment forbidding the establishment of any such court or agency.
Again, we repeat that the items listed above are the minimum required steps to ensure liberty in America.
This rallying cry is to all people. It is a Declaration of Liberty to all people. It is established so that all people may know that the United States of America will always stand for Liberty and will never yield in its fight against tyranny and oppression, no matter what form it may take. We acknowledge and affirm that the people are superior to all legislatures, presidents, representatives and delegates.
We the people of the United States of America are bound together by the blood and sacrifice of our forefathers. Let this nation never again fall to the temptations offered by those who would make use slaves to their will. Let the Constitution of the United States of America go forth to all nations as a banner unfurled proclaiming the principles of Liberty and self-governance, so that all people might be free.
By our sacrifices in life and in death, we pledge allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America and to the principles of Liberty for which it stands in protection. We are a nation of people established, upheld and sustained by God to be the repository and guardians of the rights He has given to all people. Let every nation flow unto these rights and support America and learn the principles which make us a free and mighty people.
By the hand and will of God, may we ever stand.
